1. Agreement

2. Rental Period

The rental period is specified in each individual quote. Late returns may be subject to additional fees as detailed in your specific contract.

3. Damage and Security

The client is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period. A security deposit may be required for certain high-value items.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Liability

Brampton Event Rentals is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred due to the use or misuse of the rented equipment.
